A video on how easy it is to install… Not (yet) on the top of my priority-list… I consider applying an AMP not as too complex to delegate to the Alfresco wiki. What adds a screencam on top of that?

Thanks for considering GoogleHang out. All users can now watch and macke use of replay, and for me I dont need to face the indimating screen of webex saying to me, you should use IE only

We need to have another video, on showing how easy is to install the buissness reporitng module

Successful test when using Ephesoft Enterprise Edition exporting to Alfresco. There is also a CMIS config for using or testing Ephesoft’s Cloud option and exporting to Alfresco.. Welcome to Ephesoft 2013!

Hi Greg,

You do need the jar for Share. It contains form definitions and the admin panel. Share is a separate web application (than the repository), so it cannot be packaged in the same jar/amp.

I keep the 2nd harvesting run in mind. It should be picked up though. Can you please create an issue for this in the GoogleCode project? Than it stays in my span of attention. (Though currently focussing on locales/languages not having a Data Dictionary, but a local name for these system folders…)

Hi Tjarda, really great update. Thank you for your continuous work on this add-on. Installed the amp file smoothly Also, I noticed in my initial run that the categories of the documents are now shown in the mysql database. This is really a good news, at least for me.

Although I hope you don’t mind me consulting some things — I’m not able to see the admin page for the add-on, do I need to install the alfresco-business-reporting…JAR file as well?
Also, when I manually run the data harvesting script for the 2nd time (after uploading a new document), the new documents that I upload are not showing up in the database. Is the script query time bound?

Hoping to hear your thoughts on this.

Did you take a look at the ‘Home’ page of the Wiki? https://code.google.com/p/alfresco-business-reporting/wiki/Home ? There is a section “Installation”. I added in the left link-bar too for you convenience… Let me know if there is something missing though! (remind to install the 0.8.0.1 release!)

I’ve successfully installed the add-on. It’s easier to install this time compared to the previous version.

re: automated action — it is mentioned in the documentation that the execution can be overridden in the alfresco-global.properties. What are the default time of execution for the harvestDefinitionMoreFrequent and harvestDefinitionLessFrequent scripts?

re: lucene query — I saw the the default query includes document ##document=TYPE:”cm:content” AND NOT TYPE:”bpm:task” … ###, however, the only tables generated in my MySQL database are groups, lastsuccessfulrun, person, reportingloginaudit and siteperson. Is there something wrong with my installation? Or do I need to adjust the default query in order to harvest data about the available documents in my repository and their tags, category etc…
